Client Engagement Executive – Strategic & Key Team (12-month Secondment)
Location: Virtual, with occasional travel to company offices (Northampton, Manchester, and London)
Hours: Full time / Permanent / Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role
As part of the Strategic & Key Client Engagement team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-opportunity Strategic & Key accounts. Your primary objective is to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Bright Horizons services to support client growth and retention. You will also contribute to the delivery of projects and initiatives that enhance the overall client and employee experience.
Reporting to the Client Engagement Manager, you will work closely with the wider Client Engagement function and the Strategic & Key Client Relations team.

Responsible for
- Drive engagement across a portfolio of Strategic & Key focus accounts, using a multi-channel approach (digital, email, print, events, and social media) to increase awareness and demand.
- Work in partnership with the Strategic & Key Team Leader and Client Relations team to identify high opportunity, renewal, and/or at-risk accounts, and drive engagement to increase registration, usage, and account growth.
- Analyse engagement data to monitor account performance, prioritise high-potential clients, and implement proactive, creative marketing activities.
- Support the successful launch of new Strategic & Key clients, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding experience that maximises awareness and uptake of benefits.
- Build strong client relationships, developing an understanding of internal communication channels and acting as a trusted advisor on benefit communications.
- Deliver engaging webinars, presentations, and events (both virtual and in-person) to employees, affinity groups, and client liaisons.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Strategic & Key Client Relations, and partner with the US in relation to global clients.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in client engagement, applying insights to support ongoing growth and improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Registration: Grow the percentage of eligible employees registered within Strategic and Key Accounts.
- Unique Users: Increase the number of unique registered employees actively using Bright Horizons services.
- Demand: Drive higher demand of back-up care and other revenue-generating services through client engagement activities.
- Efficiencies: Streamline engagement approaches to reduce manual tasks and create scalable impact.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Experience in a marketing, engagement, or customer-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident presenting to both virtual and in-person audiences.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional and responsive in managing client requests.
- Collaborative and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high quality and client satisfaction.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within a corporate or client-facing environment.
- Experience with Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification (preferably in marketing or a related field), or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is advantageous.
