Client Engagement Executive – Strategic & Key Team (12-Month FTC)
Remote/Virtual UK | Regular travel to Northampton, Manchester, London & client sites
Salary: From £29,000 per annum
Full Time | 37.5 hours per week | 37.50 hours per week

We're looking for a Client Engagement Executive to join our Strategic & Key Team, supporting some of Bright Horizons' most important corporate clients. You'll develop and deliver engaging campaigns, webinars, events, and communications that increase employee awareness and usage of our services while helping clients maximise their employee benefits offering.

What you'll do:
- Manage engagement across a portfolio of Strategic & Key client accounts.
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, events, webinars, and social media.
- Analyse engagement data and identify opportunities to drive growth.
- Support onboarding of new clients and employee benefit launches.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Deliver engaging presentations and virtual/in-person events.

- Experience in marketing, communications, client engagement, or a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
- Salesforce experience is desirable
