Senior Events Manager

A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning and delivery of high-profile client events across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of premium client events, conferences, sponsorships and executive hospitality.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define event objectives, manage budgets and measure ROI.
  • Oversee venue sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation and production logistics.
  • Manage event branding, collateral, AV, hospitality and on-site execution.
  • Drive innovation, best practice and continuous improvement across event operations.
  • Track event performance, budgets and ROI using CRM and event management platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance and accreditation requirements.
  • Line manage, mentor and develop a small events team.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years' experience delivering high-profile events within a professional services or international corporate environment.
  • Proven people management and project leadership experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budget management and supplier negotiation.
  • Experience delivering virtual, hybrid and in-person events.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CRM experience (e.g. InterAction or similar) and confidence using event technology.
  • Established network of venues and event suppliers preferred.
  • Knowledge of fine dining and wine pairings for executive client events is advantageous.
  • Degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside standard business hours when required.
