Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Managers with day-to-day client portfolio management.
  • Be a primary point of contact for client queries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Monitor client facility usage and risk indicators, escalating where necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support credit reviews and renewals.
  • Help drive client retention and satisfaction through excellent service.
