Client Executive – Hybrid (2 Days in Office) – £28,000+ (with 10% Bonus)

About the Role

SMG—part of Boots Media Group—is looking for an energetic and strategic Client Executive to join our dynamic team.

In this Executive role, you’ll:

  • Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships with supplier brands and Boots partners.
  • Deliver high-impact co-marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they’re strategic, budget-conscious, timely, and high-performing.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with constant change and creative challenges.

Who You Are

Key Attributes & Experience

Curious for this role? You’ll likely bring:

  • An ability to think disruptively, challenging norms with solution-driven creativity.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating campaigns or projects.
  • A marketing background (ideally in agency, FMCG, retail, or media).
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidence in data, budgets, and performance analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments and cross-team collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Your workday will be:

  • Managing brand or partner portfolios to build deep, trust-based relationships.
  • Identifying growth opportunities to align with stakeholders' commercial goals.
  • Collaborating with Planning, Media, Insight & Creative teams to develop innovative campaigns.
  • Co-creating campaign strategies and leading activations—ensuring excellence from start to finish.
  • Budgeting, deadline management, and performance tracking to guarantee delivery.
  • Data-driven reporting—analysing campaign success and insight-sharing with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all projects contribute to strategic objectives.
