Client Executive
Client Executive Role – Technical Sales
Job Summary
The Client Executive will sell comprehensive technical services, solutions, and products to customers within the local market. Daily tasks include:
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships across a defined territory
- Leading customer sales presentations and meetings
- Collaborating with WWT technical teams to scope customer projects
- Partnering with local engineers, architects, and subject matter experts to deliver cutting-edge technical expertise
- Listening, learning, and translating broad technical solutions into customer value

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with vertical industry customers to drive sales efforts in designated territories.
- Serve as a technical domain expert within the sales team for tactical and strategic discussions.

Sales Execution & Opportunity Development
- Assess and bid for contract vehicles and standard-based programs, leveraging relationships with key OEMs and partners.
- Position WWT, executives, and engineering assets in front of new initiatives, programs, and critical decision points.
- Build business cases to support customer decision-making processes on high-value opportunities.
- Identify and propose partner alignment based on their competitive strengths and project fit.
Team & Resource Coordination
- Lead customer engagements with cross-functional accounts across diverse functions (leadership, architects, end-users).
- Tap WWT’s partner ecosystem to deliver tailored technical solutions.
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) OR
- Alternative combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a related field (e.g., enterprise sales, technical sales, account management)
- Preference for IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, engineering, or related domains.
