What You Will Do
As a Global Account Executive, you will own and grow strategic global accounts, serving as the primary commercial and relationship lead. You’ll help customers solve their most critical technology challenges, while driving meaningful revenue growth for EOS.
Your mission: deliver an exceptional customer experience, elevate EOS as a strategic partner, and build long-term, high-value relationships across complex global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand strategic global accounts, positioning EOS as a trusted partner across multiple business units and regions.
- Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and new opportunity creation.
- Develop and execute global account strategies, navigating matrixed organizations with precision.
- Negotiate and close high-value, multi-year commercial agreements that balance customer value and EOS profitability.
- Partner internally with delivery, operations, technical, and executive teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning customer needs with EOS’s portfolio of advanced IT and managed services solutions.
- Ensure successful solution delivery, meeting customer objectives and timeline expectations.
- Maintain rigorous account plans, forecasts, and pipeline health using CRM best practices (e.g., Salesforce).
- Represent EOS globally through on-site engagements, QBRs, and executive-level conversations.
- Analyze market and customer trends to identify growth areas and contribute to long-term strategy.

Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of high-performance enterprise sales or global account management experience, ideally in IT, managed services, collaboration, or networking.
- Proven success managing and growing accounts of $20M–$40M+ annually.
- Experience operating within a VAR model and navigating complex partner ecosystems.
- Strong history of selling complex, multi-tower technology solutions to both business and IT leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in global environments and long, consultative sales cycles.
- Exceptional ability to influence across the C-suite and align diverse stakeholders.
- Expert-level communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong discipline in forecasting and pipeline management.
- High resilience, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset in fast-paced global environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Managed Services, IT outsourcing, or large-scale infrastructure solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional internal teams to deliver complex global programs.
- Relevant enterprise IT, networking, or AV certifications (commercial or technical).
