About the Role

Client Executive – Permanent, Hybrid (1 day per week in the office) | Euston, London | Start: September 2026

Reinvent market research with us. We’re looking for Client Executives to build deep client relationships in an ever-evolving shopper landscape. Your role is to turn shopper behaviour into competitive advantage by delivering tailored insights, leveraging continuous monitoring and advanced analytics to serve clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Day-to-day client stewardship, owning relationships across the full portfolio.
  • Use in-person time effectively to host insightful meetings, build trust, and deliver high-impact solutions at the client’s site.

Account Development

  • Grow client confidence in Numerator’s role by offering actionable insights and practical business value.
  • Establish Numerator as the go-to partner for their strategic needs.

Collaboration

  • Work across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.

Insight Delivery

  • Translate data into compelling narratives that answer client business questions.
  • Create and present high-standard client briefs and insight reports—visual, verbal, and written.

Commercial Growth

  • Hold a personal revenue target, proactively identifying new leads through targeted conversations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while addressing key business challenges.

  • Industry expertise: Comfortable speaking with clients on shopper behaviour trends and challenges.
  • Tech-adept: Interested in AI, emerging data tools, and how they unlock business value.
  • Serving expertise: Driven to deeply understand consumer motivations.
  • Experiential backdrop: Prior professional direction—whether internships, placements, or consultant experience.

ANote: Work hard wherever you are working. Visits to the office are flexible but will include a minimum of 1 day per week.
