Client Executive – Central Healthcare
Overview:
The key objective for this role is to drive growth across Central Healthcare (DHSC, NHS England and associated Arm’s Length Bodies). The Client executive will leverage their network and past success within this domain in order to establish sustainable revenue streams with key Target Clients including DHSC/NHS England, UKHSA, NHS Blood and Transplant. They will also work closely with partners including technology providers to maximise go to market impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across Central Healthcare.
- Leverage these relationships in order to shape and covert a strong pipeline of Central Healthcare sales opportunities based on a clear Go To Market strategy.
- Position NTT DATA’s Application Development, Data, AI and other IT Services offerings to align with the Government’s strategic objectives for Healthcare.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations during Service delivery working to resolve issues and ensure continuous client satisfaction.
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects, ensuring agreements meet both client and business objectives while adhering to procurement guidelines.
- Full P&L responsibility for their Central Healthcare client portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A track record closing large deals in Central Healthcare sector (DHSC/NHSE and ALBs including NHSBT, UKHSA, CQC etc.)
- Strong commercial acumen, particularly in negotiating high-value contracts and managing long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Central Healthcare executives and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, manage sales pipelines, and exceed financial targets within a public sector environment.
- Proven leadership experience, with full P&L responsibility for portfolios exceeding £20m.
