About the Role
As a Client Executive at Pega, you’ll lead enterprise sales engagements, helping global brands leverage AI to reimagine critical business processes, achieve measurable outcomes, and evolve operations without disrupting established workflows. Pega provides the AI software that enterprises rely on for high-stakes decisions and processes too vital to risk errors.
In this senior enterprise software sales role, you’ll drive client relationships across both new and existing buying centres. Success is defined by strategic thinking, active listening, and stellar leadership—qualities demonstrated through curiosity, sharp discovery, engaging storytelling, and the ability to navigate uncertainty while guiding multiple decision-makers.
Your work will revolve around advising C-level executives on digital transformation while shaping industry discussions through thought leadership. You’ll lead Pega’s most strategic client initiatives, expand executive networks, and manage the full sales lifecycle—from pipeline creation to deal closure—for our industry-leading solutions.
What You’ll Do At Pega
- Lead a cross-functional Client Growth team throughout the enterprise sales cycle.
- Proactively hunt within strategic accounts to open new buying centres, adapting and owning deal strategy end-to-end.
- Leverage compelling storytelling to connect business challenges with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Orchestrate and influence both internal cross-functional teams and external partners (ecosystem co-selling).
- Translate client challenges into actionable insights that inform Pega’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product evolution.
- Demonstrate accountability with a growth mindset, embracing innovation to drive better outcomes for both Pega and clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
