Client Executive Leader
Marsh is seeking an experienced Client Executive or Client Executive Leader to join our Corporate team in Bristol. You will lead a team of Client Executives while managing a portfolio of large, complex corporate clients. This role offers the chance to drive profitable growth, client retention, and team development within a market-leading global organization with exciting growth plans. You will work closely with Client Advisors and the office Management Team to deliver best-in-class service and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Client Executives to drive profitable growth, client retention, and professional development.
- Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex, and multinational corporate clients, ensuring effective risk management and insurance solutions.
- Lead insurance programme design activities, produce budget proposals, and negotiate fees.
- Host client and insurer meetings in collaboration with specialist brokers and client service teams.
- Participate actively as a member of the office Management Team to support strategic goals and market-leading service delivery.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- ACII part or fully qualified (or equivalent).
