We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused people to join our Client Experience (CX) team and become the friendly voice behind some incredible businesses.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You may be:
- Helping a customer book an appointment
- Supporting a business owner with an urgent enquiry

The Role: CX Associate
Your mission is to deliver customer happiness with every interaction. Working remotely from a dedicated UK home workspace, you’ll:
- Answer inbound calls
- Respond to live chats
- Book appointments
- Take and relay messages to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple industries
- Support UK-based clients, plus opportunities to assist those in the US and Canada, exposing you to diverse customer needs.

Work Schedule & Flexibility
Our 24/7 global operation means clients never stop—and neither do you.
- Minimum 32 hours/week, self-scheduled shift flexibility Key requirement: Your shifts must cover at least 3 hours on a Saturday (not necessarily as one block).
- Opportunities to increase hours to 40/week, depending on demand and availability
Your schedule must: ✅ Adapt to customer demand (evening, weekend, or unscheduled hours may be needed) ✅ Stay within the UK physical location requirement throughout employment
You’ll have flexibility—but customer needs always come first.
Training Programme
- Start date: Monday, 27th July 2026
- Delivery: Remote (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)
- Duration: Mandatory for the full training period
- Requirements:
- Based in the UK during training and employment
- Legal right to work in the UK
