Client Experience Coordinator
Job Description: Resilient Client Experience Liaison
We are now seeking a resilient Client Experience Liaison to join our growing team due to continued success.
The Role Involves
- Managing client feedback effectively to address concerns and improve service quality
- Conducting courtesy calls to maintain positive relationships with clients and gather valuable feedback
- Processing client survey forms to gather insights and identify areas for improvement
- Assisting with disengagements in a professional and empathetic manner to ensure a smooth transition for clients
- Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
