Client Experience Coordinator

Job Description: Resilient Client Experience Liaison

We are now seeking a resilient Client Experience Liaison to join our growing team due to continued success.

The Role Involves

  • Managing client feedback effectively to address concerns and improve service quality
  • Conducting courtesy calls to maintain positive relationships with clients and gather valuable feedback
  • Processing client survey forms to gather insights and identify areas for improvement
  • Assisting with disengagements in a professional and empathetic manner to ensure a smooth transition for clients
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
