Job Description
The Client Experience Lead reports into the Head of Product – Private Equity will serve as the strategic bridge between our Private Equity clients and the AD Intelligence platform, driving the end-to-end client experience from discovery through implementation and ongoing evolution. This senior leadership role requires a product-minded professional who can translate complex client needs into actionable product strategies while serving as the voice of the client across technology, business, and delivery teams.
As the primary product and technology expert for standard Private Equity clients, you will own the client-facing roadmap, lead structured discovery initiatives, and ensure the AD Intelligence platform delivers a market-leading, AI-native servicing experience. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution to shape how Private Equity clients interact with our platform during this critical initial market roll-out phase.
Your Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Discovery
- Own and optimize Private Equity client end-to-end interactions with the new AD Intelligence platform, identifying existing key pain points and priorities for the initial market roll-out
- Lead structured discovery sessions with Private Equity clients and prospects to translate business requirements into clear product inputs, use cases, and prioritization recommendations
- Serve as the primary product and technology expert for Private Equity clients, enabling commercial demos and maintaining a clear understanding of current and planned technology capabilities
Roadmap & Strategy
- Develop and maintain the Private Equity client-facing roadmap, prioritizing the most impactful use cases and embedding the broader shared capabilities, portal, and Private Equity data/analytics roadmaps
- Quantify the impact of roadmap initiatives where possible to support data-driven decision-making
- Capture and synthesize client feedback and market signals, feeding insights back into product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market positioning

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
