DWR Veterinary Specialists is recruiting for a part-time Client Experience Team Member
This position is a permanent role working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5pm-10pm.
Main Responsibilities
- Greeting emergency clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
- Communicating directly with our vets and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients
- Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
- Checking of accounts before discharge to ensure that they are up to date and correct
- Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice
- Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
- Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.

We accept referrals in Anaesthesia, Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Emergency and Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Physiotherapy and Soft Tissue Surgery.
