Client Finance Manager – Fast-Growing Start-Up Specialist Practice | London
Location: Central London
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £70,000-£80,000

The Role
You'll become the trusted finance partner for a portfolio of fast-growing startup clients, working closely with founders as they navigate every stage of their growth journey.

No two days are the same. You'll gain exposure to everything from financial reporting and tax through to budgeting, forecasting, fundraising support and strategic finance, all while working in a business that embraces technology to make finance smarter and more efficient.
You'll also collaborate closely with a team of software engineers, helping identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve accounting processes and deliver an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of exciting, high-growth startup clients.
- Building trusted relationships with founders and senior stakeholders.
- Supporting clients with financial reporting, management accounts and compliance.
- Advising on budgeting, forecasting and fundraising preparation.
- Providing guidance across a broad range of accounting and tax matters.
- Working with internal technology teams to improve processes using AI and automation.
- Driving continuous improvements that enhance both client delivery and internal efficiencies.

What We're Looking For
- ACA qualified.
- Around 2–3 years' post-qualified experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- An interest in technology, innovation and the future of accountancy.
