Client Finance Manager – Accelerate Your Career with Forza Finance!

About The Role

As a Client Finance Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for online finance enquiries, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant sales process while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable finance options.
  • Manage finance quotes and services, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company standards.
  • Clearly explain financial products, ensuring transparency and customer trust.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, KPIs, and overall performance to meet financial targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and handle administration efficiently.
  • Conduct affordability checks, credit assessments, and ensure adherence to FCA and GDPR guidelines.
  • Collaborate with dealerships, lenders, and partners to ensure seamless transactions and fraud prevention.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in motor trade, finance, or an FCA-regulated role is essential.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of car finance, warranties, insurance, and FCA compliance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Drive: A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment: A proactive approach to staying updated on FCA regulations, SAF training, and industry best practices.
