About Creatify

Creatify is a premium web design agency based in Glasgow. We help businesses grow online through our Websites as a Service model, combining bespoke website design, ongoing support, hosting and continuous improvement into one simple subscription.

We believe website design is not a one-time project. Our approach is built around long-term client relationships, responsive service and continuous improvement, helping businesses adapt as they grow.

We’re building an entrepreneurial team with a culture that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. We value creativity, technical expertise, high standards and a practical, get-things-done approach.

The Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Client Growth Executive to help manage our existing clients and drive new business.

This is a hands-on, sales-led role. You’ll be expected to generate leads, attend networking events, build relationships, follow up with prospects and close new website subscription clients.

You’ll also act as the day-to-day contact for existing clients, helping to manage website requests, coordinate work with our in-house web designer and maintain the responsive, premium service Creatify is known for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
