Are you a commercially driven account manager who enjoys helping clients grow, improve performance, and unlock new revenue opportunities?

We're looking for a Client Growth Manager to work closely with a portfolio of letting agent partners, helping them maximise the value of a market-leading platform. This is a relationship-led role with a strong commercial focus, where success is measured by client performance, revenue growth, and long-term partnership development.

Working from home and in the field, you'll become a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them improve processes, drive engagement, and embed best practices that deliver measurable results.

The Role

As Client Growth Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of letting agent partners, helping them optimise performance and maximise commercial opportunities.

You'll work closely with agency owners, branch managers, and lettings teams to ensure they are fully engaged with the platform, understand its value, and have the right processes in place to achieve success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
