Overview
We’re seeking a Client Growth Managing Partner to join our London team—a senior commercial and strategic leader who will drive win/win outcomes by introducing Epsilon and Publicis Groupe’s private-first data collaboration platform into existing client portfolios. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, data strategy, and advanced Connected Media Technology, accountable for scaling adoption, revenue, and client value across the Groupe.
As a Managing Partner, you will oversee business performance, client relationships, and strategic direction, ensuring growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Client Services & Growth, you’ll collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Solutions teams, and key internal/external stakeholders in a hybrid role (4 days in London, 1 day remote).
What You’ll Achieve
We expect the ideal candidate to drive exceptional commercial and strategic leadership, shaping demand, unlocking enterprise opportunities, and positioning Epsilon as a core driver of client growth and transformation.
- Own and drive portfolio-level revenue growth: Identify, shape, and close high-value opportunities across Groupe clients while navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Be the executive sponsor for key client relationships—build trusted C-suite partnerships to influence long-term strategy and transformation.
- Define and execute commercial strategy across your portfolio, creating scalable, repeatable growth frameworks.
- Orchestrate cross-Groupe collaboration, aligning media, data, identity, and technology into a unified client proposition.
- Elevate solution design, ensuring Epsilon’s differentiated capabilities are embedded in client marketing, data, and media ecosystems.
- Champion operational excellence at scale, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple teams.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, setting standards for commercial discipline and growth culture.

Who You Are
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience in client leadership, sales, and marketing transformation—with a proven track record of growing complex, high-value portfolios.
- Executive-level commercial acumen, with accountability for revenue, profitability, and long-term business growth.
- Deep expertise in data-driven marketing, media, and/or AdTech ecosystems, spanning strategy, analytics, and execution.
- Proven ability to operate at C-suite level, influencing senior stakeholders in multi-layered organisations.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach—translating client objectives into scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Outstanding leadership capability: experience leading senior teams and developing future leaders in high-performance environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills to align internal and external partners toward shared outcomes.
