Client Host - part time

The Client Host will be based in our London office and will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional visitor and colleague experience.

This role is suited to someone proactive, positive and people-focused, who takes pride in providing a seamless, high-quality service, maintaining a professional appearance, and representing Isio with confidence. The role requires wearing an Isio-provided uniform while on site.

We have two roles and they are fully office based at our London premises on Noble Street, Barbican, EC2V 7EE and offer one of two working patterns:

  • Role 1: 8:00am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday (27.5 hours)
  • Role 2: 12:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (27.5 hours)

What does the role entail?

  • Deliver a consistent five-star meet-and-greet service for all clients and visitors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries, ensuring efficient, solution-focused support and timely follow-up.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to enable a smooth and coordinated experience.
  • Managing meeting room bookings, ensuring appropriate prioritisation for client meetings.
  • Ensure all office procedures, standards and policies are followed and continuously maintained.
  • Organise and maintain office supplies for colleagues and visitors, including stock checks and replenishment.
  • Maintain oversight of office security, including monitoring access and reporting any concerns promptly.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the office switchboard, event coordination and ad hoc operational tasks.
  • Becoming the onsite Audio Visual “go-to”, providing basic IT/presentation support and engaging with IT where needed.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks, including incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and general office duties.

What we’re looking for?

  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment in a similar front-of-house or facilities role.
  • Confidence managing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience of using video conferencing and meeting room technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace technology.
  • Ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with the required uniform and dress standards.
