Client Implementation Coordinator
We are looking for a fluent Dutch speaker to be our Client Implementation Coordinator. This can be a fully remote role based in the Netherlands. This role will manage the successful implementation of services to new clients as well as new solutions and service configuration to existing clients. It will suit an established Implementation Coordinator, or a highly experienced Project Manager or Business Analyst looking to use their client-relationship skills in a different capacity. Core areas of responsibility will include:
- Working to a structured process for implementing new accounts, including requirement gathering, client set-up, system testing, client training, go live, and after-care support
- Working across business areas to coordinate delivery, bringing together activities from Operations, Finance, IT, Sales/Account Management, and other teams into a single implementation plan
- Completing Client Implementation support requests within the agreed SLA
- Participating in implementation meetings to discuss the implementation process, gather requirements, report on progress, recommend improvements, and solve challenges
- Participating in new business presentations and supporting Business Partners by providing an overview of the implementation process
- Training key client personnel on how to access DGI services via webinars, workshops, or 1-2-1 sessions

Job requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is essential
- Experience coordinating implementations for business travel customers in the European market
- Gather business requirements and translate them into practical solutions and system improvements
- Concur Travel Configuration Experience is preferable
- Self-motivated with demonstrable energy and personal discipline
- Project management and experience within a TMC environment (with knowledge of GDS / Galileo) would be hugely beneficial

If you are a fluent Dutch speaker, interested in the Client Implementation Coordinator role, then please get in touch. Our working hours are 8.45am - 5.30pm (UK time), Monday – Friday. The role will be based at either our central Manchester office on a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office), or from home (UK/ Netherlands) depends on your location.
