Client Integrations Manager

Salary: £40,000 to £46,000 p/a dependent on experience

Plus access to annual bonus

Job role:

We are looking for a skilled Client Integrations Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will lead new client deployments, manage client change projects, and act as a subject matter expert on Medica services. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, from pre-sales discussions to post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage client deployments and change projects, ensuring timely delivery
  • Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, supporting pre-deployment discussions
  • Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates
  • Optimise timelines, coordinate resources, and mitigate risks
  • Defining the technical solution with subject matter experts

Requirements:

  • Experience managing operational workstreams, of a client facing management role or managing client implementations / change with a client focused approach
  • Experience in working with and in technical teams
  • Ability to influence change to achieve project goals
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical when making decisions
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among peers and the wider team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
