A highly respected and growing media agency is looking for a driven Digital Client Lead to launch and lead its brand-new Performance Marketing division. This role is perfect for an ambitious performance marketer who combines commercial thinking with hands-on expertise and is excited by the challenge of creating a high-performing function within an established agency.
This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, take ownership of a key growth area, and make a real impact on the future direction of the business. The successful candidate will work directly with agency leadership, shape the performance offering, win new clients and deliver campaigns that drive measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing... Launch and grow the agency’s Performance Marketing division. Develop innovative digital strategies that deliver real business results. Support new business pitches and help win exciting new clients. Build strong client relationships and uncover growth opportunities. Turn performance data into actionable insights and recommendations. Become the agency’s go-to expert for performance marketing. Help shape and grow a future team as the division expands.
What They're Looking For... Proven experience in performance marketing within an agency environment. Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media platforms. A track record of delivering ROI, leads, and business growth. Commercially minded with a passion for driving results. Confident presenting ideas and building client relationships. Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. Experience supporting or leading new business pitches.
