Client Support Specialist – Retail Trading

The purpose of this role is to provide a professional service to current and prospective clients, handling:

  • Order execution
  • Account and trade enquiries
  • Complaints reporting

  • Manage client communications across all channels:

    • Telephone, chat, and email with timely, professional responses
    • Handle enquiries including (but not limited to):
      • General product/trading platform queries
      • Account opening procedures
      • Funding status and transaction details
      • Trade investigations and trade management
      • First-line trading platform support
  • Master proprietary systems:

    • Learn and effectively utilise trading platforms, software, and trading tools
    • Identify and troubleshoot platform issues, escalating problems to relevant teams as needed
  • Collaborate internally to resolve client issues:

    • Work with marketing, sales, compliance, treasury, operations, risk, and IT across local and overseas teams
  • Ensure compliance and fair treatment standards:

    • Demonstrate expertise in the products and markets StoneX provides
    • Apply know-your-customer (KYC) principles and offer suitable advice
    • Provide clear communication and report complaints per policies

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven (strong) telephone, email, and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Ability to multitask efficiently, managing concurrent enquiries in high-pressure environments
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting (in-house and cross-border)

Desired Skills &Prof Qualifications

  • Degree-level education or relevant equivalency
  • Experience with online trading platforms (a strong asset)
