Client Manager – Strategic & Key Accounts (Lenovo)

Lenovo is seeking a Client Manager to drive long-term value by owning and growing a portfolio of strategic and key accounts as a trusted advisor. You’ll partner with enterprise clients, align strategy, and deliver sustainable revenue growth across Lenovo’s full portfolio: ISG (Info Solution Group), SSG (Sales Solutions Group), IDG (Intelligent Device Group).


Key Responsibilities

  • Write and deliver tailored account plans across complicated, multi-stakeholder ecosystems
  • Build and sustain senior-level relationships and C-level engagements, positioning Lenovo as their strategic technology partner
  • Own and execute the high-impact sales strategy for your accounts, driving cross-sell and upsell, including RFP responses
  • Forecast financial performance with accountability for revenue accuracy and cross-functional pipeline execution
  • Monitor market needs & competitors to generate actionable insights and present recommendations to BUs
  • Chase growth opportunities, ensuring forecasted revenues materialise as new sales opportunities arise
  • Deliver individual quotas and account for pipeline development while maintaining forecast accuracy

What You Bring (Core Criteria & Preferences)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in similar technology/solution sales roles with consistently hitting or exceeding multi-millionquota targets Broad experience in ISG (Enterprise IT), SSG (Sales Solutions Group – spot market solutions), and IDG (Consumer Hardware – productivity devices & enterprise mobility)

  • Communication & Relationships: Proven track record of sourcing and stewarding senior B2B & C-level relationships at large, sophisticated clients Skilled in consultative selling, stakeholder cohesion, and navigating complex negotiations

  • Competencies: Strategic business thinking paired with hands-on technical and financial acumen Resilience to court high-growth deals while aligning executive partners throughout the organisation
