TPF Recruitment, the South East's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Salisbury with the recruitment of an experienced Client Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing a varied portfolio. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with directors and partners while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.

Responsibilities
As a Client Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a proactive, high-quality service. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of limited companies, sole traders and partnerships across a range of industries.
- Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and corporation tax returns prepared by the wider team.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing commercial and technical advice.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Identifying tax planning and advisory opportunities and working alongside specialist teams where appropriate.
- Managing client deadlines, budgets and workflow to ensure work is delivered efficiently.
- Supporting, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members.

Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience with relevant practice experience).
- Previous experience working within a UK firm of Chartered Accountants.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts and business taxation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
