£45,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Benefits
A well-established and progressive accountancy practice based in Telford is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an established Client Manager or an ambitious Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward-thinking and technology-focused environment.

The Role
As Client Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted adviser and key point of contact. You'll work closely with business owners, providing commercial, accounting and tax support while helping to develop and mentor colleagues across the practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing your own portfolio of clients
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Providing practical business and tax advice
- Delivering solutions to client challenges and queries
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Working collaboratively across the wider practice
- Identifying opportunities to add value and enhance client service
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or be Qualified by Experience (QBE)
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Confidence in providing advice and support to business owners
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Enthusiasm for embracing technology and process improvement
- A positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
