💼 The Role As a Client Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of existing customers, driving retention, renewals, and revenue growth through high-quality, consultative account management. You’ll play a key role in helping clients unlock the full value of cutting-edge legal and data solutions.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing Own and close renewal opportunities, ensuring strong retention and client satisfaction Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities to exceed revenue targets Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating the business value of solutions Use data and insight to spot commercial opportunities and drive account growth Deliver consistent, high-quality client engagement aligned to service expectations Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy to shape go-to-market activity Share thought leadership and market expertise with customers

✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales and account management Strong track record in renewals, retention, and revenue growth Ability to own accounts and manage complex or challenging conversations Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close opportunities Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills Ideally experience selling SaaS, data, or technology-led solutions
