Aon is recruiting a Client Manager to join our Corporate team in Chelmsford. This is a hybrid role combining office, home and client-facing working, with a strong emphasis on building meaningful client relationships and leading delivery across your portfolio.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of Corporate clients, acting as the key relationship lead and ensuring a consistently high-quality service through collaboration with specialist teams across Aon.
Our Chelmsford Corporate team supports clients across a broad range of sectors, including food & beverage, retail, hospitality and the digital economy, delivering tailored risk and insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate service delivery across your client portfolio Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders Identify client needs and introduce relevant Aon solutions and capabilities Translate client priorities into clear direction for internal service teams Drive portfolio growth, retention and profitability Ensure delivery aligns with agreed service standards and regulatory requirements

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Proven experience within corporate or commercial insurance Strong client relationship management skills Experience supporting or managing larger/complex risks (desirable) Commercial awareness and understanding of client business drivers Confidence in negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management
