Aon is currently recruiting for a Client Manager to join our Corporate Risk team in Leeds. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Leeds office.

What The Day Will Look Like
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate retail clients, acting as their trusted adviser and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service. You will work closely with colleagues across Aon to provide innovative insurance and risk solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing and developing relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Designing, implementing and overseeing clients' insurance programmes and service plans.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional Aon solutions and services that meet clients' evolving needs.
- Working collaboratively with specialist teams to deliver exceptional service and advice.
- Growing the revenue and profitability of your client portfolio while maintaining the highest standards of client care and compliance.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Experience managing client relationships within the commercial or corporate insurance market.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance and risk solutions, with experience supporting mid-market or corporate clients.
- Demonstrable ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and identify opportunities for growth.
- Commercially minded with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ideally ACII qualified, working towards qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
