Requirements

For Talented Juniors (Action & Ascension)

If you bring business-shaking hard technical skill + real world battle scars, we want you to guide partners, leadين corners, and reshape strategic investments. Ideal if you:

  • Are a domain expert—state-of-the-art knowledge + real battle-tested experience across your crafts
  • Master knowledge synthesis: separating theory from proactive appliance, surface skills from implementation wisdom
  • Operate as a dual mindset: primed to learn from juniors, grade-scale specialists, and partners while also mentoring systems knowledge internally
  • Proven ability to understand complex requirements, break down legacy barriers, and build/design at scale—DOMINATING scoped problems
  • Own projects end-to-end and take strategic ownership across initiatives
  • Scale processes, mindsets, and tech systems beyond themselves

Key Responsibilities

You will act as the whats-app-for-growth collator—helping clients turn messaging into a revenue multiplier, not just a transactional tool.

In collaborative tandem with consulting, product, engineering, and commercial teams, you’ll:

  • Strategic Advisor Role: act as a trusted ally to enterprise clients and agencies, transfoming WhatsApp from an existing channel to a focused growth channel—driving:

    • Performance & Customer Impact: diagnose pain points across business goals, customer journeys, and performance data, prioritizing root causes and unlocking unstoppable growth accelerants
    • *Entrepreneurial Strategy: tailor industry-FOLK knowledge + lifecycle stages + tailor-fit whats dynamics to each client’s unique pain points, ensuring quantified results.
  • Workshop Guru: Lead Executive Business Reviews, insightful workshops, and strategic sessions—aligning all stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Engineering, and CRM, ensuring unified vision and objectives.

  • Implementation Multitasker: Multiply your strategic ideas into:

    • Clear, actionable outputs for clients
    • Busy cross-team scaffolding for engineering, product, and commercial delivery teams

  • Relationship Architect: Build long-term partnerships with executives, blending trust + transparent strategy—not transactional support.

  • Commercial Catalyst: Unblock market opportunities—deepening existing client programs, expanding initiative portfolios, and embedding WhatsApp as cornerstone revenue stream in clients’ marketing stacks.

  • Knowledge Evangelist: Over communicate and uplift industry trends, best practices, and new product deep dives. Challenge conventions—rethink and reimagine growth, in Phase 1 benchmark audits, Phase 2 deep technorming, and Phase 3 songs-of-war.

Budget Frames

  • Junior: €3,000 – €5,000/Month
  • Senior: €6,000 – €8,000/Month (Based on candidate calibration, gaps, and rollercoaster fit)
