We're partnering with a ragingly successful cyber consultancy/insurance brokerage. Born out of the of another finance brokerage that sold for over $2b, this is a serious operation for those who want to earn lots of money in exchange for hard work. This business' ambition is met by ambition and experience.

The business seeks the ambitious and the underachieved. Those who will do well want to earn life changing amounts of money, get yearly back to back promotions and progress, and get out what they put in.

The numbers above are not just pie in the sky figures but realistic for those who are prepared to put in the graft. Unlike other closing roles, your targets do not renew after ever year. You can earn double year on year by renewing existing customers (95% renewal rate).

Reasons to use Rodeo

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It searches the market for you

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Factor in referrals etc, you will be absolutely flying by year 2.

More about the role

Prospecting - Dialing out to dozens of prospect reselling cyber security assurance a day Closing deals - It can take up to a few months, but you'll be adding value, consulting to the point they need to close. Managing accounts - Build trust and save customers money - build relationships to renew business (where you can earn real money as you earn exactly the same on the renewal).

Why would you join?

Uncapped bonus with no target reset - Forget starting from scratch every year. Build your customer base and earn compound commission. Earning opportunity - Earn a frightening amount of money compared to how fresh faced you are or any of your mates. Meritocracy - Get out what you put in. No one is getting a promotion because their best mate's uncle owns the firm. Incredible leadership and investors - The CEO and top brass are all ridiculously successful for their age and on the floor with you putting in the effort. Own your financial trajectory - Do not let experience or time dictate your progress. Own your own destiny. Great culture - When I was there, there was hustle and camaraderie. Private medical and other great benefits - Work hard but be looked after. Extended breaks during working day - The hours are designed to be on the phone and client facing in the morning. Take a long lunch to gym, clear the mind, or whatever helps. Burnout is not desired.
