Client Manager | Boots Media Group (SMG)

Lead high-impact retail media campaigns for some of the UK's biggest brands and help shape the future of retail media.

📍 Hybrid – 2 days a week in either the Boots Support Office or with suppliers
💰 Salary: From £39,000 + 10% discretionary bonus

You'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class campaigns while supporting the commercial success of Boots Media Group.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Owning end-to-end retail media campaigns from client agreement through to delivery.
  • Building trusted relationships with Boots teams, suppliers and leading FMCG brands.
  • Driving campaign performance through optimisation, reporting and data-driven insights.
  • Managing and growing your own media channels, identifying opportunities to increase commercial value.
  • Creating strategic marketing plans that deliver against both client and business objectives.
  • Leading campaign planning across key supplier categories.
  • Coaching and developing members of the Client Management team.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to help deliver ambitious commercial targets.
  • Continuously improving processes, campaign performance and client experience.

What we're looking for:

You'll probably have experience in a client-facing marketing, media or retail environment and be ready to take the next step in your career.

We're particularly interested in people who have:

  • Experience managing and developing at least one team member.
  • A background in marketing, retail media, media agencies or client services.
  • Strong campaign management and project management skills.
  • Experience working with multiple clients or stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Confidence analysing campaign performance, budgets and commercial data (Excel is essential).
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
