Have you got experience of handling the Commercial Insurance requirements of a wide variety of clientele, ideally with a knowledge and understanding of the Natural Resources/Renewable Energy space? Are you keen to work collaboratively within a focused, driven and highly collaborative team of like-minded professionals ?

Working on a hybrid basis you'll be able to split your time between the office and from home.

What The Day Will Look Like

In this exciting role your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a trusted adviser and brand ambassador for Aon, leading client relationships and building confidence with clients, carriers and stakeholders. Owning the end‑to‑end client journey – from renewal strategy and financial planning through to retention, growth and managing jeopardy accounts. Delivering high‑quality, proactive service by truly understanding clients’ businesses, meeting them face‑to‑face and managing expectations throughout the year. Ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance, using Aon’s processes and technology to deliver great client outcomes every time. Collaborating across Aon to solve problems, unlock value for clients and identify new revenue opportunities through strong Aon IQ and internal networks. Working closely with Client Service Advisers and colleagues, role‑modelling a “one team” culture while continuing to develop your own technical and leadership capability.
