Role: Client Manager / Senior Client Manager
Location: London / Hybrid

London (Hybrid) | Permanent | £35,000-£50,000 DOE

We're a global brand design and experience agency helping ambitious brands win in an age of constant change. We're looking for a Client Manager or Senior Client Manager (depending on experience) to join our London studio.

The Role

Part-organiser, part-relationship builder, you'll be the engine room of project delivery. You'll own projects and key workstreams from brief to final delivery, working closely with Client Service, Creative, Strategy and Production teams to land work on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing multiple projects end to end in a fast-paced studio
  • Building project plans, timelines and trackers, and lining up the right talent and resources
  • Acting as a trusted day-to-day client contact and the link between internal teams and external partners
  • Briefing creative and strategy teams clearly and keeping feedback loops tight
  • Quality-checking every deliverable before it reaches senior colleagues or clients
  • Scoping, estimating and tracking budgets, and flagging changes to scope, timings or costs
  • Spotting risks early and bringing solutions, not just problems

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
