Aon Credit Solutions are currently looking for a Client Manager to join our Global Clients team.
This is a hybrid role providing flexibility to work both virtually and from any of our offices based in Reading, London or Chelmsford.

What a Day Will Look Like
You will work as part of a multi-skilled Trade Credit broking team, supporting Client Directors in managing strategic and global client relationships whilst maintaining responsibility for your own portfolio of clients.

- Building strong relationships with clients and developing an understanding of their trading activities, customer exposures and credit risk challenges.
- Gathering and analysing client requirements to prepare comprehensive market submissions and renewal presentations.
- Proactively engaging with Trade Credit insurers to negotiate coverage, credit limits, premium and policy terms.
- Managing policy renewals within your own client portfolio and supporting Client Directors with renewals for global and strategic clients.
- Coordinating with colleagues across the Aon global network to support multinational Trade Credit Insurance programmes.
- Preparing for and attending client and insurer meetings, ensuring timely follow-up of actions and next steps.
- Managing the credit limit process, including applications, monitoring, escalations and insurer negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Supporting clients with policy utilisation, reporting requirements and the interpretation of policy terms and conditions.
- Assisting clients with non-payment notifications, claims progression and recoveries activity where required.
- Negotiating policy wordings and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate policy documentation.
- Delivering client training and guidance on Trade Credit policy coverage and obligations.
- Producing market intelligence, portfolio analysis, renewal reports, presentations and management information to support client decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support new business development activities.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Experience within Trade Credit Insurance, Credit Risk, Receivables Finance, Commercial Insurance or a related discipline.
- Understanding of Trade Credit Insurance principles, including policy structures, credit limits, claims and recoveries.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial, risk and market information.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and contributing to collective success.
