Client Manager

Client Manager

At WorkNest Secure, our Client Managers are responsible for looking after a portfolio of client accounts, helping to build strong relationships while supporting customer retention and account growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a client-facing role and is looking to take the next step in their career. We're less focused on the number of years you've worked and more interested in your attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced cyber security environment.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, developing your commercial skills while helping clients get the most value from our services. You'll play an important role in renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

This is a development-focused position for someone who's proactive, organised, and excited to build a long-term career with WorkNest Secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
    • Build trusted relationships and become a key point of contact for your clients.
    • Support account retention through regular communication and proactive account management.
    • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that add value to clients.
    • Assist with client reviews, renewal discussions, and account planning with support from senior team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
