Your Impact Starts Here

As a Client Network Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic client account partnerships and optimizing supplier network performance to support customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth. Working closely with Account Management, Operations, Sales, and Global Supplier Networks, you will develop and execute client-specific supplier strategies, ensuring service quality, cost optimization, innovation, and network utilization. In this role, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with client mobility teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client cultures, business objectives, service requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, negotiation, contracting, performance management, quality assurance, and ongoing development.
  • Create and implement client-specific supplier strategies that maximize value, drive innovation, increase revenue opportunities, and optimize costs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and service delivery against agreed service level agreements and client expectations.
  • Produce tailored reporting and insights covering network performance, spend analysis, market trends, supplier initiatives, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support client implementations, system rollouts, and project initiatives involving dedicated supplier networks.
  • Lead supplier communications, training initiatives, and best practice development to drive global consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in recurring client business reviews, providing supply chain updates, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Global and Regional Network Managers to improve supplier performance and service outcomes.
  • Support operations teams with supplier escalations and identify proactive solutions to mitigate risks and service failures.
  • Conduct market research and analyze supplier and industry trends to provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support client RFPs, RFIs, and supplier re-bid activities as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
