Job Title: Client Onboarding Analyst – Financing Solutions (Equity Swaps Focus)
Job Description
This 12-month contract role provides dedicated support to the Financing Solutions Onboarding team, with a primary focus on Equity Swaps onboarding. You will manage client onboarding activities across the full lifecycle, including documentation management, coordination of onboarding workstreams, status tracking, and stakeholder communication. Working closely with Front Office, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC, Legal and other internal partners, you will help ensure a smooth, efficient onboarding process and a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities across the Financing Solutions Onboarding team, with a primary focus on Equity Swaps clients and counterparties.
- Collect, review and organise onboarding information and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding packages, questionnaires, information requests and related materials to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and workflow tools to monitor progress against key milestones and timelines.
- Follow up proactively with clients and internal stakeholders on outstanding onboarding requirements and deliverables.
- Support the coordination of onboarding activities across Front Office, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC and Legal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding lifecycle in line with internal standards and controls.
- Produce onboarding status reports and management updates to provide clear visibility of progress, risks and issues.
- Support account set-up activities and onboarding readiness, ensuring all pre-go-live requirements are met.
- Assist with post-onboarding requests and related administrative activities, helping to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes by identifying efficiencies and sharing best practice.
- Manage multiple onboarding workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Essential Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, account onboarding, operations, middle office or a closely related financial services role.
- Proven organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding workstreams concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience working within a financial services environment, particularly in roles supporting client onboarding or operational processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting derivatives, securities finance, financing solutions, prime services or capital markets products.
- Familiarity with client onboarding and account opening processes within financial services, including documentation and control requirements.
- Understanding of OTC derivatives and collateral management concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Risk, Compliance, Credit, AML/KYC and Legal teams.
- Background in onboarding or middle office roles involving equity swaps, documentation handling and workflow coordination.
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholder groups and managing documentation and deliverables to tight deadlines.

You will use standard productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as internal onboarding trackers and workflow systems to manage documentation, milestones and reporting. The environment is structured, control-oriented and highly collaborative, involving regular interaction with Front Office, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC and Legal teams. Dress expectations align with a professional corporate setting, reflecting regular contact with internal stakeholders and support of client-facing activities.
