Essential Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, account onboarding, operations, middle office, or a related financial services role.
• Strong organisational skills with proven project coordination capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting derivatives, securities finance, financing solutions, prime services, or capital markets products.
• Familiarity with client onboarding and account opening processes within financial services.
• Understanding of OTC derivatives and collateral management concepts.
• Experience working with cross functional stakeholder groups, including Operations, Risk, Compliance, Credit, AML/KYC, and Legal.
• Background in onboarding, documentation management, Equity Swaps, and related middle office or operations functions.
• Track record as a highly organised onboarding or operations professional within a financial services environment.
