Job Description
Are you looking to build your career in investment management while working at the heart of client delivery? We're looking for a Client Onboarding Executive to join our Client Service Operations team, supporting the successful onboarding of new segregated mandates and the implementation of changes to existing client arrangements.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of investment products, asset classes and strategies, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience. You'll develop strong project management expertise, deepen your investment knowledge and play a key role in ensuring client objectives are delivered efficiently, effectively and in a well-controlled environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding of new segregated client mandates and change events across investment vehicles
- Coordinating legal, operational and business activities to support successful implementation and delivery
- Leading onboarding projects from initial proposal through to full implementation and client readiness
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues
- Facilitating working group meetings and providing regular updates on onboarding milestones and deliverables
- Supporting Client Onboarding Managers with both day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives
- Applying and enhancing governance processes, controls and procedures to maintain a compliant and risk-aware environment
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and wider projects to optimise onboarding processes and stakeholder engagement
Who we’re looking for:
- Degree qualified or holding an equivalent qualification
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently using your own initiative
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- A client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of investments and an interest in financial markets, economic developments and industry regulation
- Experience within investment management, client onboarding, project management or a related financial services environment would be advantageous
