Job Description
Contractor – Financing Solutions Onboarding Support (Equity Swaps Focus)
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities across the Financing Solutions Onboarding team, with a primary focus on Equity Swaps.
- Collect, review, and organize onboarding information and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding packages, questionnaires, information requests, and status updates.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and workflow tools to monitor progress against key milestones.
- Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders on outstanding onboarding requirements.
- Support the coordination of onboarding activities across Front Office, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC, and Legal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process.
- Produce onboarding status reports and management updates.
- Support account setup and onboarding readiness activities.
- Assist with post-onboarding requests and related administrative activities.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, account onboarding, operations, middle office, or a related financial services role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
