An excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded global asset manager within a specialist client onboarding team. This is a broad, commercially focused role offering exposure to institutional clients and close collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

The Opportunity

Join a close-knit team of five, managing the end-to-end onboarding and transition of institutional clients across UCITS, pooled funds and segregated mandates.

  • Take ownership of the full client lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Investment Teams, Legal, Compliance and Operations to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact while balancing operational excellence with a commercial mindset.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience within client onboarding, transitions, client services or a related operations role gained within asset management.
  • Strong understanding of institutional clients, with experience onboarding UCITS funds, pooled vehicles and segregated mandates from inception through to completion.
  • A confident communicator who is highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
