Job Description
Position
Temporary / Flexible - Immediate start required
Hours
Hours will typically be Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm, although exact patterns can be agreed.
Evening and Weekend work will be considered once the role is established.

£12.75ph
Parameters
Applicants must be available to complete an initial onboarding programme over 2–3 consecutive days during their first week (External)
We ask for a minimum commitment of 6 weeks to ensure training can be effectively applied (External)
As this role involves access to confidential patient information, any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre employment checks. Including:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Identity verification.
- A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (or willingness to obtain one).

The Role
You'll provide administrative support to our Client Operations Teams, helping to keep our services running smoothly and allowing our experienced colleagues to focus on supporting clients with more complex needs.
This is not a customer facing role; you'll be completing a variety of important structured administrative tasks using clear processes and guidance.
This will include:
- Processing Client questionnaires.
- Completing Freshdesk administration tasks.
- Updating client records.
- Checking information is complete and accurate.
- Sending standard communications.
- Completing routine administrative tasks.
- Following documented processes and one page guides.
- Escalating anything you're unsure about to your nominated supervisor.
This role is focused on administration and process-driven work. It does not involve providing clinical advice or independently managing client queries.
What We're Looking For
We're much more interested in attitude than experience.
You'll be:
- Organised and reliable.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Able to follow written processes accurately.
- A good communicator.
- Comfortable working independently once trained.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Keen to learn and happy to ask questions when unsure.
No previous healthcare experience is required.

As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
