It is an exciting time at Chain IQ and our team in London is seeking a highly motivated Client Operations Consultant to strengthen our Client Engagement Team.
Role Purpose
In this pivotal role supporting our EMEA team, you will serve as a Client Operations Consultant and support Client Engagement Managers in driving operational excellence across key client accounts. You will work closely with procurement, finance, and operational teams globally to ensure high-quality reporting, governance, performance tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives.
Successful candidates combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations. A proactive, structured, and hands-on approach is essential.

Main Responsibilities
- Support Client Engagement Managers in overseeing client operations and ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, governance materials, and business review documents.
- Analyze operational, procurement, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting and management dashboards.
- Track KPIs, risks, actions, and client commitments through established governance structures.
- Support resource planning, workload monitoring, and operational performance management.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate follow-up of agreed actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Support issue resolution through structured analysis and fact-based recommendations.
- Participate in internal governance meetings and operational huddles.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, client delivery, procurement, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
- Ability to work with large data sets and translate data into business insights.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Experience in procurement or sourcing environments is an advantage.
- Experience working within multinational organizations is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
