Client Operations Manager
Job Title: Client Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid- Home with travel to client sites.
Salary: £36,000
Contract Type: Permanent
Requirement: Drivers license with 6 points or less
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Client Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for delivering seamless on-site rollouts and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional service experience.
Working closely with the Client Operations Team Manager, you will take ownership of implementing client strategies across multiple locations. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring each rollout is set up for success, maximising engagement, supporting field teams, and ultimately driving performance against key targets.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys balancing client relationships with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings to plan and deliver successful location set-ups ahead of rollouts
- Coordinate and arrange engagement rollouts via telephone and direct client contact
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered on time and to expectation
- Ensure each site is effectively prepared so field teams have access to sufficient, viable daily appointments
- Monitor and deliver against targets and KPIs across assigned accounts
- Manage all client documentation and administration within agreed timelines
- Maintain accurate management information (MI) for client activity and performance
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, escalating where appropriate
- Provide regular updates on progress, uptake and opportunities to maximise account performance
- Support wider team objectives alongside the Client Operations Team Manager and Head of Client Operations

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Drivers license with 6 points or less
- Proven experience in a client-facing, service and/or sales environment
- Background in sales or account management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences
- Confident working under pressure and managing competing priorities
- Ability to build trusted relationships while constructively challenging where needed
- Experience in planning and scheduling
