Client Partner - Growth & Emerging Partner with Tesco Media & Dunnhumby Ltd

Key Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly and yearly revenue targets, driving pipeline management for your team’s growth strategy.
  • Advocate multi-channel marketing, leading pitches with data-driven insights, UK market knowledge, trend analysis, and campaign performance.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to win over clients.
  • Lead self-serve adoption of Tesco Media’s onsite performance products (e.g., Search and Display on Tesco.com and the app).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Shopper, Brand, Digital, Media, Commerce, Agency, Loyalty) to develop growth strategies.
  • Champion first-class customer service, aligning client expectations with business outcomes.
  • Keep up-to-date with Tesco Media & Insights platform products and roadmaps, applying cutting-edge solutions.
  • Challenge client strategies to maximise impact for both advertisers and Tesco Media.

Requirements

  • Proven success in Media Sales and/or Retail Media, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and prioritising client satisfaction.
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
  • Ability to drive growth across diverse accounts while meeting SLAs at speed.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting ambition and meeting aggressive revenue targets.
  • Adaptability and goal-orientation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in product/tech development and self-serve optimisation.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and leading strategy discussions.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies, understanding structures, operations, and commercial models.
