Client Partner - Growth & Emerging Partner with Tesco Media & Dunnhumby Ltd

Key Responsibilities
- Own quarterly and yearly revenue targets, driving pipeline management for your team’s growth strategy.
- Advocate multi-channel marketing, leading pitches with data-driven insights, UK market knowledge, trend analysis, and campaign performance.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to win over clients.
- Lead self-serve adoption of Tesco Media’s onsite performance products (e.g., Search and Display on Tesco.com and the app).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Shopper, Brand, Digital, Media, Commerce, Agency, Loyalty) to develop growth strategies.
- Champion first-class customer service, aligning client expectations with business outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date with Tesco Media & Insights platform products and roadmaps, applying cutting-edge solutions.
- Challenge client strategies to maximise impact for both advertisers and Tesco Media.

Requirements
- Proven success in Media Sales and/or Retail Media, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and prioritising client satisfaction.
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
- Ability to drive growth across diverse accounts while meeting SLAs at speed.
- Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting ambition and meeting aggressive revenue targets.
- Adaptability and goal-orientation in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in product/tech development and self-serve optimisation.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and leading strategy discussions.
- Experience collaborating with media agencies, understanding structures, operations, and commercial models.
