About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and tech-savvy Client Partner to accelerate Slalom’s growth in the UK&I. We develop enduring partnerships with market leaders by building high value customer and colleague experiences, helping them to become data and AI-enabled enterprises, improving the return on their technology investments and developing adaptive organisations to accelerate change. We are looking for a passionate business and technology consulting leader who builds great relationships, drives growth and delivers transformation for our clients and our colleagues.

What you will do

  • Shape strategy, lead growth and direct delivery across a portfolio of current and target UK customers
  • Partner with colleagues across marketing, sales, delivery capabilities and alliances to develop growth plans and drive accountability to achieve targets
  • Consult with clients to understand key business drivers, define needs, develop initiatives, mobilise teams and deliver target business outcomes
  • Drive connections, strategy and execution with our alliance partners to best serve our UK Insurance clients together
  • Build our UK Insurance community of clients and colleagues, develop our experts and industry offerings, create and share our success stories
  • Serve as a leader within our industry community and a steward of Slalom’s core values, demonstrating a daily growth mindset and passion for people

What you will bring

  • You will enjoy this role if you have a passion for driving change in the UK Insurance industry by working with our clients to solve their most critical and complex challenges.
  • You will enjoy this role if you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by growing strategic clients through creative approaches to their most important outcomes.
  • You will engage with major trends and technology disruptions across UK industry and be able to advise clients on the implications and opportunities created those changes.
