Client Partner (Customer Success) – Renewables Consultancy (Remote, UK-based)
Salary: £35-40k with around £10-15k OTE on top (uncapped) ** Location:** Remote (UK-based) | Some UK travel required (cannot sponsor)

By partnering with clients across the UK, we help them reach bold sustainability goals—covering solar, wind, energy efficiency, and decarbonisation strategies. Our work makes a tangible difference in shaping a cleaner future, and we're looking for a Digital Client Partner who shares this passion.
As our Client Partner (Customer Success), you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve success while growing meaningful long-term relationships.

The Role
You’ll act as the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring they’re supported, informed, and set up for success from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong, trust-based client relationships across diverse sectors
- Leading post-sale onboarding and delivery, ensuring seamless execution
- Proactively tracking project progress and client satisfaction
- Collaborating with technical teams to align with client goals
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings
- Travelling to client sites (approximately 1-2 times per month in the UK)
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a customer success professional who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within consultancy or renewable energy
- Excels at building relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Is organised, proactive, and adept at juggling multiple priorities
- Has a genuine interest in sustainability and renewable energy
- Is based in the UK and willing to travel for client engagements
